A Quick and Easy Process
We’ll take you through everything required to get your Google AdWords account set up so that you can start advertising!
NPO Verification
We help you get verified with TechSoup, a nonprofit that confirms 501(c)(3) status for Google as part of the grant process.
Once you are verified (usually 7-10 days), you have immediate access to discounts on software (Adobe, Microsoft, Intuit, more), and hardware (Dell, more). You are also then qualified to apply for additional benefits including Google Ad Grants.
Google for Nonprofits Grant
After verification, we help you get the Google Nonprofits Grant, which is a program where once you’ve been approved, you get some free items immediately – like Google Office GSuite accounts for your organization – and other items after doing grant-specific applications.
Google AdWords Grant
Once approved, this grant gives you up to $10,000 per month in perpetuity to run search text ads and show up in Google search results. This process takes 1-2 weeks.
To get the AdWords grant, you first need to show Google that you know how to set up and track a campaign effectively. This is where we come in. We work with you and set up your AdWords account and initial campaign(s), ad groups and ads. This include the keyword research and targeting, setting budgets, geographical targeting, etc.
Once we’ve set up your account, we submit you for review, then make any tweaks as needed based on Google’s feedback until your grant is approved!
Initial Management and Monitoring
For the first two months after campaign launch, we do the ad campaign monitoring and management for you so we can review results, report them to you, and optimize the ad campaigns for best results.
Ongoing Maintenance (optional)
After the initial period, you can bring AdWords management in-house, use another vendor, or work with us! It’s up to you. The monthly cost for campaign management depends on the number of campaigns, how often the campaigns and ads change, and other factors which affect the program scope.
